What is your processing time on orders?

Stocked Items

Once an order is placed for stocked items, there is a 48-72 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! We ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays when Monday is a holiday.

'Pre-Order' items

Once an order is placed for 'Pre Order' items, there is a 10 working day processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible so the processing time could be quicker! We ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays when Monday is a holiday.

I just placed my order, when will I receive it?

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact us at info@bumbleandbean.uk if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally, we ship within the UK only, however we are considering shipping internationally in the future. 


Oh no my address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email us immediately at info@bumbleandbean.uk so we can adjust it before shipping out your order!
